You can reserve any car up for 48 hours. the car will be reserved for you until you decide if you want to buy it, keep in mind that you have to pay reservation amount and that amount will be 100% refundable if you decided not to continue with your purchase.

4- Commercial registration copy

Yes, you can buy online and get it delivered or pick it up at CarDealo. To buy a car online, choose a car and request delivery or express pickup from the car's detail page. You'll be asked to create or sign into your CarDealo account. Once your request is received and confirmed, we guide you through the steps you'll take to buy your car:

  1. Secure financing or arrange payment
  2. Upload supporting documents
  3. Review and sign your paperwork electronically
  4. Specify delivery date and time 

After these steps are complete, we'll contact you to confirm your delivery or express pickup appointment. Every used cars we have in CarDealo is covered for  1 year up to 20,000 Kilometers whichever comes first. 

CarDealo delivery is available for all major cities in Saudi Arabia. Applicable shipping fees are due in advance of vehicle delivery and are separate from sales transactions.

You can get it delivered to your doorstep or pick it up at the dealer premises, delivery to all cities in the kingdom is available with competitive delivery cost.

No, there is no fee for buying online, you will only pay for services you get like delivery or car care services if you choose to add these services to your purchase.

No, you are required to be the car owner to apply for a loan.

You will get notified once your finance is approved and our consultant will contact you with further instructions to sign the necessary documents.

Through our relations with multiple finance companies, we will offer you multiple financing options that you can compare and find the best option that suits you. Yes, all new cars are are covered as per manufacture for more details about the components covered and the terms and condition please contact us.

If the car is still has factory warranty or (the dealer) coverage, this will prevail over the CarDealo warranty until the end of its term. If the remaining factory warranty period is less than 1 year, then the CarDealo warranty will apply for the remaining time.

Upon receiving your car, you will also receive the warranty manual containing all the necessary instructions to file a claim if needed. If you have any doubt or you need any assistance, please reach to us and we will guide you through out the process.

Within this period if you did not complete the the purchase process for any reason or in case dealer withdraw from the reservation and request cancellation, then the return of 100% of the reservation amounts  will be return to the same card used to reserve the vehicle.

In the case you decided to complete the purchase of the vehicle, the amount paid as reservation will be deducted from the total to be paid.
